All members of Leads' Board of Directors must review Leads' orientation training materials (prepared by Meridian Edge Consulting). An in-person orientation session will also be completed with Leads' CEO, Wendy Lau.

All members of Leads' Board of Directors are required to review Leads' Abuse Prevention Policy annually.
All members of Leads' Board of Directors are required to complete and then annually update their training in Quality Assurance Measures.
